focalwork.io is a web application for organizing work and personal tasks, projects, and visual boards in one place. Sketch ideas, attach media, link related work, and keep priorities clear.
The purpose of focalwork.io is to help people manage projects and visual boards while keeping ownership of their files. Users sign in with Google so focalwork.io can create and manage a dedicated focalwork.io folder in the user’s Google Drive. Tasks, boards, and media are stored in that folder.
Why Google Sign-In and Google Drive access? focalwork.io uses Google account sign-in and limited Drive file access only to run the app for the signed-in user (authentication and the app folder). We do not sell Drive content. Workspace content stays in the user’s Google Drive; focalwork.io does not host a copy of boards or tasks on its own servers.
Account and subscription status for plan limits are handled separately so billing can work. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
